Members of the community delight in seeing the theme of the event carried out throughout
the City and make it a point to visit participating merchants. Ribbons are awarded for the
most outstanding entries and participants and winners are announced through local media,
on the Harvest Festival website, etc. This is an annual tradition of the Harvest Festival and such a fun way to connect with other local community members and businesses!
